Treehouse Driver Rewards Programme

Competition Terms & Conditions

Competition Period: 24 October 2026 to 30 April 2027

The Treehouse Driver Rewards Programme rewards registered taxi drivers for bringing genuine guests to Treehouse Beach Club and participating Le Haus properties, while creating opportunities for participating drivers to receive additional guest transportation bookings.

By registering for and participating in the Treehouse Driver Rewards Programme, each driver agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The programme is open to appropriately registered or licensed taxi drivers operating in Antigua and Barbuda.

To participate, a driver must register for a Treehouse Driver Rewards account, provide accurate contact, vehicle and taxi-driver information, complete any verification reasonably requested by Treehouse, and accept these Terms & Conditions.

Each driver may have only one Driver Rewards account.

Treehouse may refuse, suspend or terminate an account where information supplied is false, incomplete, duplicated or cannot reasonably be verified.

2. Competition Period

The competition begins on 24 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Antigua and Barbuda time on 30 April 2027.

Only verified qualifying guests recorded during the competition period count towards the final leaderboard and cash prizes.

3. Qualifying Guests

A Qualifying Guest is a genuine customer brought, transported or referred by a registered participating driver to Treehouse Beach Club or another participating Le Haus property or service and whose visit is recorded and verified by Treehouse or Le Haus.

Each individual qualifying guest counts as one guest towards the driver's leaderboard total.

For example:

1 qualifying guest = 1 guest
4 qualifying guests = 4 guests
10 qualifying guests = 10 guests

The participating driver themselves, other taxi drivers, Treehouse or Le Haus staff, duplicate entries, cancelled journeys where the guest does not arrive, fictitious customers or artificially generated visits do not count.

Treehouse reserves the right to verify visits and reject any entry that cannot reasonably be verified as a genuine qualifying guest.

4. EC$50 Welcome Credit

A newly registered and verified driver will receive a one-time EC$50 Treehouse Welcome Credit after completing their first qualifying guest drop-off.

Registration alone does not activate the credit.

The driver must bring at least one verified qualifying guest before the EC$50 Welcome Credit becomes available.

The welcome credit may only be received once per driver.

5. EC$5 Per Guest Rewards

In addition to the Welcome Credit, participating drivers earn:

EC$5 in Treehouse credit for every verified qualifying guest.

The EC$5 reward applies from the driver's first qualifying visit onwards.

For example:

4 qualifying guests = EC$20 credit
10 qualifying guests = EC$50 credit
20 qualifying guests = EC$100 credit

Treehouse credit is a promotional reward. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and may only be redeemed against eligible purchases at participating Treehouse/Le Haus businesses in accordance with the programme rules in force at the time of redemption.

6. Leaderboard

Participating drivers are ranked according to the total number of verified qualifying guests recorded during the competition period.

The leaderboard will be available online and updated as qualifying visits are recorded and verified.

Leaderboard positions displayed during the competition are provisional and may change following verification, corrections or resolution of queries.

Drivers should regularly review their accounts to ensure that their recorded visits and guest numbers are accurate.

Competition Prizes

7. US$10,000 Cash Prize Pool

At the end of the competition, the three highest-ranked eligible drivers will receive:

1st Place: US$5,000
2nd Place: US$3,000
3rd Place: US$2,000

Total Cash Prize Pool: US$10,000

8. Minimum Qualification for Cash Prizes

To qualify for any of the three cash prizes, a driver must have brought at least 201 verified qualifying guests during the competition period.

A Top 3 leaderboard position alone does not guarantee eligibility for a cash prize.

Where a driver occupying a Top 3 position has not reached 201 verified qualifying guests, that driver will not qualify for the relevant cash prize and the prize will pass to the next highest-ranked driver who has met the 201-guest qualification.

If fewer than three participating drivers achieve 201 verified qualifying guests during the competition period, only the corresponding number of cash prizes will be awarded.

For example, if only two drivers reach the minimum qualification, only the first and second eligible prize positions will be awarded.

Halfway Point Prize

9. Halfway Point Date

The official halfway-point leaderboard will be determined at 11:59 PM Antigua and Barbuda time on 31 January 2027.

10. Halfway Point Prize

The highest-ranked eligible driver at the halfway point will win:

A two-night weekend stay for two people at Turtle Cove House.

The winner may use the stay personally or gift it to family or friends.

11. Halfway Point Qualification

To qualify for the Halfway Point Prize, a driver must have recorded at least 60 verified qualifying guests by 11:59 PM on 31 January 2027.

If the driver in first position has fewer than 60 verified qualifying guests, the Halfway Point Prize will not be awarded.

If two or more drivers are tied for first place and have each achieved the minimum qualification, the tie-breaking rule in Section 18 will apply.

12. Turtle Cove House Stay Conditions

The Halfway Point Prize:

  • Is for two nights for two people.

  • May be used by the winning driver or gifted to family or friends.

  • Is subject to availability and advance reservation.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Cannot be resold.

  • Does not include flights, ground transportation, meals, incidental expenditure or other services unless expressly stated.

  • Must be redeemed within the validity period communicated to the winner.

Treehouse/Le Haus will work with the winner to agree suitable available dates.

More Guests. More Opportunities.

13. Priority for Guest Bookings

The leaderboard is not only about prizes.

Treehouse Beach Club, Turtle Cove House and participating Le Haus businesses may receive requests for taxis, airport transfers, guest transportation and other suitable driver services.

Where Treehouse/Le Haus chooses to refer these opportunities to participating drivers, priority will be given according to leaderboard position, beginning with the highest-ranked participating driver.

In simple terms:

The more business you bring us, the more business we'll send your way.

The intention is to create a positive cycle:

BRING GUESTS → CLIMB THE LEADERBOARD → GET PRIORITY FOR BOOKINGS → EARN MORE → KEEP CLIMBING

14. Allocation of Driver Bookings

Leaderboard position establishes priority, but does not guarantee any individual booking or minimum level of work.

A booking may be offered to the next available participating driver where a higher-ranked driver is unavailable, does not respond within the required time, declines the booking, is not appropriately located, does not have a suitable vehicle or cannot satisfy the particular guest's requirements.

Safety, vehicle capacity, location, availability, customer requirements and operational considerations may therefore affect individual allocations.

15. Guests From Treehouse/Le Haus Referred Bookings

Guests transported through bookings referred directly to a driver by Treehouse Beach Club, Turtle Cove House or Le Haus will count as qualifying guests towards that driver's leaderboard total, provided the journey is completed and verified.

This is intentional.

Drivers who bring more business to Treehouse and Le Haus can move higher on the leaderboard, receive greater priority for suitable guest bookings and therefore have further opportunities to grow their qualifying guest totals and earnings.

Recording, Verification & Fairness

16. Recording Visits

Treehouse/Le Haus staff will record qualifying visits and guest numbers.

Records may include the driver, date and time, number of guests, relevant location or business and the staff member who verified the visit.

Drivers will be able to view their recorded activity through their Driver Rewards account.

Drivers cannot alter their own verified records.

17. Queries and Corrections

Drivers who believe a visit or guest number has been recorded incorrectly should submit a query through their account or contact Treehouse.

Queries should ordinarily be submitted within seven days of the relevant visit.

Treehouse/Le Haus will review the available records and may correct an entry where appropriate.

Corrections will be retained within the programme's administrative records or audit history.

Treehouse may consider a query submitted outside the seven-day period where there are reasonable exceptional circumstances.

18. Ties

Where two or more drivers have the same number of verified qualifying guests for a prize or leaderboard position, the higher position will be awarded to the driver who reached that guest total first, based on the programme's verified transaction records.

For example, if two drivers finish with 350 qualifying guests, the driver who recorded their 350th qualifying guest first will rank higher.

This rule also applies when determining the Halfway Point Prize.

19. Fraud, Manipulation and Abuse

The integrity of the programme is important.

Drivers must not create or arrange false guest entries, claim customers belonging to another driver, create duplicate driver accounts, manipulate guest numbers, collude with staff or other participants, interfere with programme systems, or otherwise attempt to obtain rewards, leaderboard positions or prizes dishonestly.

Treehouse/Le Haus may investigate unusual or suspicious activity.

Where Treehouse/Le Haus reasonably determines that fraud, manipulation or serious abuse has occurred, it may remove invalid qualifying guests or rewards, correct leaderboard totals, suspend an account or disqualify a participant from the programme or competition.

Any such decision will be based on the records and information reasonably available to Treehouse/Le Haus.

20. Final Verification

The leaderboard displayed during the competition is provisional.

After the competition closes on 30 April 2027, Treehouse/Le Haus will conduct a final verification of the leading driver accounts, qualifying guest totals and any outstanding disputes.

The anticipated verification period is:

1 May – 7 May 2027

Subject to completion of verification and resolution of any outstanding issues, winners are expected to be confirmed by 10 May 2027.

No cash-prize winner is final until formally confirmed by Treehouse/Le Haus.

21. Prize Payment

Cash prizes will be paid following final verification and any identity or payment checks reasonably required by Treehouse/Le Haus.

Prizes are awarded to the registered winning driver and cannot be transferred to another person.

The winner is responsible for any personal tax or other obligations arising from receipt of the prize, where applicable.

General Programme Terms

22. Programme Communications

Treehouse/Le Haus may contact participating drivers using the telephone number, WhatsApp number, email address or other contact information supplied during registration.

Communications may include account information, available bookings, programme updates, leaderboard information, rewards and prize notifications.

Drivers are responsible for keeping their contact details current.

23. Changes to the Programme

Treehouse/Le Haus may make reasonable changes to the programme where necessary because of technical issues, fraud, legal or regulatory requirements, circumstances outside its reasonable control or material operational requirements.

Material changes affecting participating drivers will be communicated through the Driver Rewards website and/or registered contact details.

Changes will not be made retrospectively simply to alter a legitimately earned competition result.

24. Suspension or Cancellation

Where circumstances outside Treehouse/Le Haus's reasonable control make it impossible or materially impractical to continue the competition as intended, Treehouse/Le Haus may suspend, modify or cancel the programme.

Where reasonably possible, participating drivers will be informed and any verified rewards already earned before suspension or cancellation will be honoured in accordance with the programme rules.

25. Personal Information

Information collected through the Driver Rewards Programme may be used to:

  • Register and administer driver accounts.

  • Verify driver eligibility.

  • Record and verify qualifying guests.

26. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in the Treehouse Driver Rewards Programme, the driver confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
